i am a member of the novatech forums and one of the managers told us about that accidental listing, but he said they have stock but aren't releasing any specs until they get the go ahead from AMD.
Gibbo Gibbo Gibbo.. all his fault

Still under NDA, so no-one knows!
On the other hand, some people don't have crossfire motherboards, some games just don't play nice with crossfire (although less have that problem now) and some people will want to buy one of these now, then save up some pennies and buy another one later
But I think you're probably right: in fact I'd anticipate crossfire 4830s being a little faster in most games if you have a motherboard to support them (the Hexus 4830-crossfire review shows the setup being between 10% and 30% faster than a stock clocked 4870 at 1920 x 1200)
So, where is it? Or is it just the usual shameless PR grab we see from low-reputation companies?
