    At only 5 degrees below stock cooling it's not exactly going to be the overclocker's choice, no matter cheap it is... In fact, there's almost no point 'upgrading' from the stock cooler to this, as it's not even very quiet... Might be worth a look if you're after a cheap i7 build and you've bought an OEM chip though, possibly?
