Thanks for reminding me of the Control-F5 tip... looked a bit weird before.
Overall i like it, i like the new colours / fonts, so i hope it helps produce more custom Scan's way.
New or old website Scan are my no 1 choice, but i'd chose the new site over the old.

Problems:
1- Items are no longer sorted by price by default. This was one of the best features of the old design, and I hope it gets fixed soon.
2- Subcategories are now hidden behind a clickwall. If I'm browsing, say, radiators for watercooling, and wanted to look at pumps, in the old design I'd simply clock 'pumps' at the top of the page and go right there. Now, I either have to go up to a level and back down to the new category, or open the popup menu at the top and choose a new category. Very annoying, especially when changing multi-category views.

To be perfectly honest, this seems a step backwards from the 'old' design. The back-end updates are welcome, but the UI is now less convenient to actually use.

It looks much nicer, but it doesn't improve the functionality. It does save a page load, in that if you want to narrow your results down you don't have to load everything first before filtering, but it's slower if you want to browse everything.

For me, the main issue comes from my habit of doing everything in multiple tabs, I'll have parallel searches going for cross referencing. For example: to spec a new machine I'd start by opening up tabs for all the CPUs and Motherboards (handily split into AMD and Intel) to work out which is the best platform for the budget. It used to be possible in four middle-clicks of the mouse, one for each section. Now if I want to see everything in one category in a new tab I have to duplicate the current tab and browse the menu fully.

I'm reckoning on being in the minority with the extent I use multiple tabs, and I'll get used to the new site in time. It's just in the meantime I'll be looking at a lot of blank tabs opened from javascript links.

iv only had a few quick looks around but it is looking that way, a lot cleaner (im not sure better actually, but cleaner) and not much else. it still isnt as usable as it was before the last update

Have to agree, not sure I like this new system.

If I want to look at P31/P35 mobo's and then P45 I have to scroll all the way back up, click the motherboards, find the P45 scroll back down etc... Looks nice and seems quicker but I wouldn't want to use it in a hurry.
