Good article!
I can't see the draw of twitting myself and i definitely can't see why any one would want to read them. Also the technology is something you'd expect someone who's mummy bought them a computer for christmas could nock up.
I really don't understand why so many companies seam to care about it, I guess its more a brand name?

Yeah, I'm not a fan of this. Google is getting far too much power and love for this move.
Imagine if Microsoft annouced this move? Would their be as much love? Don't think so. Anything Google does is brilliant and unique, but anything that Microsoft does is evil and bad!
Just look at how YouTube has gone down the drain since Google bought it.
Good point. Though I wouldn't be Microsoft's biggest fan, it does seem to be overly demonised as the only really evil corporation in the tech world. Google is a monster and seems to have the same thirst as MS has for a long time.
Isn't it about time the EU nicked half their cash for being a bunch of horrid rotters?
