Seems like an integration of existing technologies (cloud computing, wireless file transfer, synching) plus essentially a Microsoft Surface for the home user. Which is the only bit that sounded interesting to me until I read the description of how it worked and if anything sounds more like the poor man's MS Surface. Doesn't seem to be anything truly innovative here, just a repackaging exercise which may or may not work well.
