As a Sky subscriber who used to pay £50 for the entire premier league each year, I am glad Setanta are in trouble. Their whining caused Sky to not be able to have all the PL and the cost of seeing the same games then doubled once the "anti competition" people got invovled.

And that's before we even start talkng about the England games....

well i feel sorry for them but in a way a tiny bit glad if they do not televise football anymore because since they have, the price of watching football has increased as you have to pay for sky sports as well as setanta to have the privileged in watching any live game.

i like the good old days where i would just pay for sky sports and thats it. i can watch the usual monday or wednesday night games and i can also watch the fa cups and all the england games too

From first hand, Setanta have been appalling and have treated their customers shockingly (my Dad, Neighbours, etc). Good riddance. I think they were voted as worst company in Britain (and Ireland) by ukhotdeals too.
