It's never failed on me as I remember apart from videos from my digital camera where there's no audio on playback. I couldn't get it to play with any other player I tried either - must be a strange format. I'll have to check to see if they play in 1.0.0

updated mine yesterday. i think its great. i dont use it as my main media player, but its always there on hand for when i need it!

I'm still waiting on multicore support - needed for older computers/laptops without GPU-capable acceleration playing 1080p, which needs around 3GHz of Core goodness to guarantee smooth playback. More CPU power than a single core can provide on many older computers/laptops, so I'm forced to watch high-def material with WMP on my laptop.
