Bah, Intel SSD in an external enclosure seems a considerbly better investment if this is anywhere close to £300.

Given that it's USB so essentially limited to 30MB/s anyway, I'd suggest a 2.5" drive in a lightweight enclosure as being a very acceptable compromise considering the costs...

Would have been better with a USB and eSata connector.

As I understand it (according to this Hexus review, anyway!) OCZ quote their capacities in approximate Binary format rather than decimal, so the OCZ 120GB SSD has an actual storage capacity of 128,000,000,000 bytes.
But frankly the prices for this type of capacity are way too high (and as Hexus say in their review today, you're better off waiting for USB3.0 anyway...)
Re: News - Corsair to launch speedy 128GB Flash Voyager GT pen drive
USB3.0 (Or USB Ultraspeed as i think they like to call it) will only make a difference if the controller in the pen drive is capable of pushing more data, and the flash memory chips used are fast enough.
Somehow I doubt either of those are the case.
