    Take me an hour to walk to work every morning through my local town and all I see are people on phones while driving. Whats the point in adverts like this when its against the law in the first place and people ignore that simple fact.

    Simple rules, caught using your phone while driving is as bad as drink driving. Simple on the spot taking of driving license, and car crushed... End of story.
