    i have a 42in philips tv at home and i have to say the image quality is excellent (pixelplus 2 i think it's called?) and the ambilight feature is really amazing. it makes viewing an absolute pleasure. although im not gonna be getting a new tv anytime soon i'll still be watching this with interest (and drool)

    Wow. That really is lovely. But expensive no doubt. Let's hope Philips have resolved their reliability issues with their high end sets too.

    Damn...

    If the remote wasn't so girly looking I'd buy one of these as I wanted a TV with the ambilight technology for watching football on.

    After seeing it once with ambilight, it just doesn't feel right now lol
