I am not sure that would work very well. Mouse was great for Diablo type games. Or it may work okay.

I agree though, If they did it for consoles it would need to be more than a port.

Its a bad idea. Diablo has always been made for the PC. If Blizz try to put it on the 360 or PS3, they're gonna change the came mechanic and control systems to suit the consoles, rather than the PC.

I love Diablo, and was definately going to be getting III, but, if they decide to dumb it down for the console market, and release the same crap on the PC, I'm not gonna be happy, and I'd hope any other Diablo fan would say the same!

Hopefully not. In this case the PC version would be dumbed down for the console sometime after the PC release (heres hoping)

How could they possibly dumb Diablo III down? The fun of the game isn't in complex turn-based strategy or anything.

heh, I agree. Still I can easily imagine smashing through a zombie crowd only to have "PRESS X TO PICK UP POTION" Notice pop up and block my view.

Sacred 2 works very well on consoles and the controls are spot on as far as I'm concerned.

I don't see any reason at all as to why this could not work well on the 360 and PS3 and be just as successful as the PC version.

Bring it on I say. I'd probably get it for both 360 and PC
