    rather get this

    Crucial :256GB 250MB/s read 190MB/s write £380
    Corsair :256GB 240MB/s read 170MB/s write £554

i know the real performance is in random read/writes but seriously, there pushing it now.

With all of these SSDs based on the Indilinx Barefoot controller hopefully the increased competition should make them cheaper. The Crucial M225 looks like the next best choice after the Intel X25-M 'G2' SSDs particularly since it's cheaper than the Corsair X256 and has a longer warranty (2 years vs 5 years). However, OcUK would be the last place I would buy one from.
