Wow hot and smart
someone has an excellent first post!
She still also working for the Inq?
congratz :)
Congratulations, Sylvie, welcome to Hexus.
Welcome.
ohhhhhh noes!!!!! :surprised:
I left reading the enquirer because of her and now she's here!!!
Yes she's apt at writing articles and looking pretty (with that cheesy smile), but her lack of technical knowledge and excessive pro-israeli rants really put me off her contribution to the aforementioned site.
I hope we don't end up with the irrelevant non-techie articles like what plagued the inquirer on hexus 2!
Aghm.. You don't need to have a Ph.D in Computer Science to be a tech journalist (hell, apparently policians who at best, just about know how to send an email, sees fit to write laws on regulating technology). And I fail to see what her politicial opinions have to do with anything Hexus. Oh, and it's the Ed's job to vet articles for suitability.
Congratulations and welcome to HEXUS Sylvie :)
Well that was for the Inq, this is HEXUS! And we're a lot cooler & more funky round here :D
Aaanyhoo, welcome Sylvie! Hexus is a fun & friendly place (on the whole;)) and it will be cool to have a truly international perspective on the Tech scene in the valley. I'm looking forward greatly to reading something a bit more dynamic (sorry guys:p) than what we're used to :) and await the first reports with geeky anticipation.
..and congrats Hexus, bit of a coup d'etat eh
That's awesome. Whenever there's a decent play on words that makes me giggle in an inq article it's almost always Sylvie's writing. Of course, this might influence the number of nVidia samples HEXUS gets their hands on
