Nah, it'll still sell well, just look at the 360 Core/Arcade.

Whats the need for such large hard drives on consoles. I have an Xbox360 Arcade and use it for playing games and don't require a hard drive. I know I can download films and stuff but I have my PC too for this. But 250GB for storing films seems a little excessive.
