So far you can get:
a theme for 10 u-points
carry 10 more daggers for 20 u-points
altair costume for 30 u-points and
new dungeon map for 40 u-points.
there's also items for 2 other games (splinter cell and another game I can't quite remember).
u-points are earned for completing certain achievements (at least in the x-box version anyway)

Sounds pretty lame to me. I've got about 470 pts for AC2 so far, but have yet to even look at the uplay thingy.
