    Looks like it will end up pretty pricey. I wonder if the total price will come up more or less than a reference card with the block bought separately?

    If you look at the 5870 LCS (has pre-installed EK block) it is 5870 + EK block + a bit.

    Therefore, I assume that there will also be premium on this and will end up costing more than the price of the parts.

    I assume it's a comparison shot to what looks like a 4870 or possibly a 4870X2.
