Freeview HD available: 31 March 2010
Cool, in time for the world cup
Great - Yeovil gets in the next two months, which is amazing as things down here are as slow as the tractors on the roads.
But I am moving to Poole in a month and have to wait till 2012... Sucks
2011 too - I'm pointing at the same transmitter as dave87 (Tacolneston)

How eager are people to get a HD TV service? Particularly the sports fans - if you can't get Freeview HD, do you see yourself getting Freesat/Sky/Virgin prior to the World Cup kicking off in June?
The broadcasters and manufacturers are predicting a big consumer spend in the weeks leading up to June, so it'd be interesting to see what some of us have planned.
Available in my area next month......just need another postcode checker to tell me whern I can buy a DVB-T2 tuner for my HTPCs
Reckons September 2010 for us in Torbay. Not too shabby and hopefully by then the cost of the boxes will have become reasonable.
There are going to be alot of unhappy new TV owners me thinks. Most people I know fully expected those lovely new flatscreens with everything you could never need built in, to be good to go for HD Freeview. Is a bit of a shambles if you ask me.
