Must get my eyes tested. Could have sworn the qwerty was in red, ABC in white.
Edit: No fair! You corrected the article!

Urgh, that loook really horrid on the eyes.
QWERTY has been around so long now, but I suspect too many people have finger-memory for it by now!
(of course QWERTY was only invented to slow down typists on type writers)
Worth buiying just to turn touch typists back into hunt and peckers !
I'm guessing WTF isn't there....
And surely by having this layout you're just making it harder for these people to use other normal keyboards when they have to work, rest or play.....
Seen a few keyboard recently with faster layouts....and as much as I would love to type faster (already pretty fast!) I just cannot see myself adjusting after 26 years of using QWERTY.....
Damn those crappy type-writers that got us here!

My personal favourite keyboard to use - is one where the prints worn off the key
I've not looked at the keys for typing for (mumble mumble) years anyway
Think it was a bit of both of these
Had to look up 3 of those abbreviations (hru, hoas, lbr) :/
The "slow typists down" thing is complete urban myth. Just a very commonly spread one. One of the reasons QWERTY was adopted was because of its success in speed typing competitions (at no time in history has anyone wanted to actually slow down typists/typing, just reduce errors).
Wasn't QWERTY something to do with typewriters, typing speed and the hammers (or whatever the term is for the thing with the letters on) getting jammed?
Yeah I don't think teaching people to type on a non-standard keyboard is a great idea since most other keyboards they come across will be QWERTY and they'll type really slowly on them - it doesn't take long to get used to a 'normal' keyboard layout. If anything people should switch to RSI-preventing layouts or something...
