Shocking......let's hope it is overturned, else I can see the music and film industries jumping on this in a big way and getting seriously overly-heavy-handed.

That's not to say I think this Italian decision is anything other than daft, but it's not so far from what we have here.
And it's one of the reasons forums like this are moderated. Some things members do or say could get HEXUS sued, and you then have to assess how likely it is that you'll get sued and whether you're prepared to take the chance or not.
