Noise? In my experience little boxes tend to be bad because of the whiny little fans they need to keep cool, as efficient as an H57+i3 is it will still need way more cooling than an Atom box or similar, and some of them are noisy...
My larger Antec Fusion is nigh on silent because the 120mm fans can shift enough air at low speed... but you don't get that option here...
