    Yet another case where the west will probably pick up the tab of far east counterfeiting :S

    There were rumours and speculation that D&H supplied the knockoffs, and D&H overreacted threatening a lawsuit which made them look more suspect.

    Did they over react, if a major customer of yours had confirmed they had recieved 300 fake CPU's and your name was being banded about as the source for these fake parts I'd sure as **** be shouting "oi **** off its nothing to do with us"...

    IPEX sya they are demo but they are clearly fake. Wonder what they have to say!

    Then they should just say "we've been in contact with newegg about this, and it has nothing to do with us" openly to the press, instead of privately contacting two sites and scream 'zomg liars I'm gonna tell mommy' and throw your rattler out of the pram.

    I mean, this counterfitter isn't even trying! - still just as well though - dread to think what would happen if someone ever tried using it.
