Considering the explanation of why there won't be a service on Freeview HD 'till 2012, it seems surprising they're choosing Sky with it's limited user base.

Sadly for Channel 5, showing a turd with additional detail actually makes it even more revolting.

So wait for freeview or pay £40 a month... I will wait...

I have been watching flashforward in HD anyway using other methods so not much of an issue.

This is a joke. All major terrestrial broadcasters will now have HD channels on Sky but not on Freeview or Freesat. Ofcom what are you playing at? I thought you were supposed to stop things like this happening?

I watch more on 5 than any other channel. It might have turd snootyjim, but the others, especially the BBC, have gotten even more turdier since 5 came about.

HD TV will cause more suicides, celebrities will be under so much presure to look dazzling.

Andrian Chiles will soon jump out of the window behind him.

Nah, wait until you've got Newsnight in HD. I'm sure there'll be more casualties amongst the viewers when Paxman's interviewing the likes of Ann Widdecombe. Some things are best left in SD.
My only concern is should I hide my true identity? A costume maybe?

0iD: Plus weeing in it every now & again does it good
scaryjim: 10" is just a little large to hold comfortably in one hand, which makes it a lot harder to tap, swipe and generally interact with.

Indeed, same here. Subscribing to Sky really would be scraping the barrel.

I guess if you're used to eating turd, decent food isn't as appealing.
