    Current price of flash memory is really putting me off spending. In the past I would sometime buy a spare/backup, but I've been using holding onto my sole 16GB, bought prior the price hike, and rely on conventional HD for backup.

    yeah that and usb3 will have these usb2 ones obsolete soon enough, nice drive tho if the price was right

    I appreciate that Corsair's is shock proof but that extra width probably blocks the adjacent USB ports looking at that pic - always annoying...

    Agree that may as well wait for USB 3 now...
