Hopefully HTC please. I know nothing about Palm, but everyone says they are awesome. Can only imagine what would happen if Google/HTC teamed up!

Although HTC are invested in OSs currently and Motorola have some Android stuff

The palm OS is very good, but it needS a big company to pump some money into it. I think it would be an astute purchase if Samsung or LG bought it. Both companies can make good phones in terms of hardware, but in neither can design a proper OS.
Why would google be interested in PalmOs? They have a better OS with a larger marketbase alreadyGoogle/HTC buying Palm duurrrhhhh
HTC dont do operating systems, they are heavily invested in windows mobile/android devices

Palm has the only OS which does gaming well other than iPhone OS, that's why Google would want Palm.
Biggest problem with the palm pre in the UK was it was exclusive to O2 and was way too expensive. This was probably done on purpose to sell more iphones.
Looks like I am not the only one, who wants HTC to buy Palm
hoenstly, after having android, iphone and webos, i can easily way webos kicks complete utter arse. when i go back to the iphone i miss having the gesture area and multitasking. when i go to android i miss my games and the notifications IMO are better on webos than android, and WAY better than iphone.
but the hardware could be hella better. so PLEASE HTC buy palm.
