Always good to see more competition.
I saw some of the sample cam pics from the Nokia phone earlier, they look very nice (although 12MP? seems like overkill for a phone, no doubt a selling gimmick).

Yeah, for a phone they're really impressive. Which is annoying. I'd nearly decided to get the Samsung Galaxy S, but a decent camera is a big part of a phone for me. If someone could cludge the camera (and flash) out of this together with the screen of the Samsung, I'd be more than happy to give them a big wodge of cash.
As it is I'm going to have to actually go and compare the damn things instead of just reading a couple of reviews then clicking a button on a website. Poo.

I know this thread is old but the camera does look pretty impressive TBH!
The camera has a 1/1.9" 12MP sensor.
