Why havent hard drive manufacturers made any SSD's?
They're getting there slowly... I know Western Digital were looking into it.
I think the problem is that the RAM companies were the obvious candidates, dealing with this type of stuff all the time.
It's not really an industry that HD manufacturers have expertise in.

The way SSD prices are I'd like a longer warranty. That's why Crucial's 5 year warranty would probably sway my purchase if I buy one in the future.
