Yet another reason that Apple hardware is rubbish.... I mean come on, does anyone think they are serious about multi-tasking which such a small amount of RAM? Even my HTC Desire has 576mb of RAM... vastly superior for multitasking!

If Apple gives its first generation of iPad a full hardware configuration, then those users who have bought iPad would not spread their pennies on the iPad 4G that may be released in 2011 or 2012.

So Apple knows 256MB really is much better than 128MB, however, it has to built the base for hot-sale of 2rd iPad or iPad 4G
