    Ahh good good, I see the update

    1600x900 is adequate for most people at 17". 1366x768 on the other hand would have been a laptop for the older population *ahem* or a massive fail.

    The similarities might be superficial (for one the Intel Wireless Display is only found on the Dell), but this R-series remind me a little of Sony's E-series. Shame about the graphics card, 2.25kg for a 14" is not bad.
