O2, X10 Mini Pro, £20 a month 300 minutes or texts, 500MB internet. Am looking at getting that deal myself.

Edit scrub that I was confused. The £20 deal is from Three not O2! O2 is £30 up to get it for free.

Yep, Three will do you that deal too - it's the "Internet Talker 300" plan, plus I think you can add extra data allowance on a month-by-month basis when you need it.

I'm reasonably content with my plan with Three - £30pm for 1GB data, an X10, and more calls/texts than I'll use.

Signal quality ain't been too bad neither so far.

Wouldn't touch the mini pro with a poop covered stick

The Wildfire works out <£9 a month on 18 month contracts if you can do redemption deals, insanely cheap considering it's LESS than the sim free cost of the phone and you get decent inclusive minutes/texts/data

Re: News - 3 gets Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro, but it’s not cheap

Just popped into the T-mobile shop to ask them when they were going to be stocking it ('July' according to their website) and was told that they probably won't be selling it any more as it failed testing(!). The chap had heard this on Monday and didn't sound very confident that it would be available at all even after further testing. This is at least third hand news so if anyone gets a better nose on this please update the thread. Could this just be T-mobile bodging customisation or are there actually problems with the phone?

I wouldn't touch a Sony Erricson phone on a contract that lasts more than 12 months, because the phone sure as hell won't last that long. Last three Sony Erricsons the wife has had have all been of for repairs within the 12 months. The last one she has (w995 i think) didn't work correctly out of the box, was exchanged for a Samsung instead.

I would imagine T-mobile are correct in their findings and instead of dealing with angry customers and many returns, they have decided to forget about it. Good for them.

I have and 2 SE phones + 1 (my dads) and all have had failing buttons, I just bought him a Nokia phone as a replacement, I do like the "look" of SE phone, but the am reluctant to get another one.
