    So instead of investing in a platform independent mobile website, the bright sparks spend an absolute fortune on developing for a closed operating system with a minority share in the UK market?

    Wow, some petty minded comments in that report.
    I mean, how can unemployed people afford an iphone....well maybe they were employed recently in an 18 month contract.....the cost of keeping someone off benefits and into employment quickly is surely worth the spend...
