Nope, 95% of the population of the UK. Probably equates to 70% or less of the UK. Still, at least they're trying

i have both the o2 and three dongle. I find that there is a big difference in terms of speed and coverage. Of course for me three is slightly pricier but at least it works most of the time which is great.

Been on three for over 3 years. Moved from Yeovil to a Bournemouth 6 months ago and had nothing but signal issues when first moved. Nearly swopped phone operators and then suddenly a text from three stating the signal has been improved and I have had no problems since, strong 3g signal pretty much all the time.

Ive been with Vodafone, 02, and T-mobile but the only network i bother with now is Three mobile. Thanks to that network ive saved a small fortune.
