True - my Desire is on contract and I wont be upgrading anytime soon, however I was thinking give something like £50 off for the first 300,000 purchases or something. That could encourage more sales, :/

Ack. It's called testing - why is this so surprising? Google + Apple did the same thing.

If the windows phone sells out, it could be a chance for some money making, if these phones are initially in excess.
I considered ordering a number of kinect devices on preorder - but im beginning to think kinect wont be as big as MS hope.
