    Would be good for disc backups... been thinking of getting a BR writer recently...

    I'd use bluray for backup if they brought out some caddy cases and a supporting drive for them. Relying on people not to put their dirty fingers on the disc or accidently using them as a coaster just isnt worth the hassle.
