Do HEXUS need someone to review these?
That sounds very much like voluteering to me.
Email me - tarinder@hexus.net - and I'm sure we can sort something out.
Any word on release date? Very interested by these!
ooh one for the christmas list maybe?
Ooo ooo me me!!!! We do get to keep it don't we?!?!
I am soooo in need of a new soundcard! I went from an Audigy Player to Asus SoundMAX onboard sound!
I've done reviews as part of Amazon vine so have a bit of experience...
I have a spare PCI-E slot just begging to be used...
quite tempted by the sound of this I must say!

lol bet tarinder wishes he never replied
custom pc said this was not good value for money
having said that it will make the pc look so pretty
I think its hard to put a card that costs this much as good value for money, even if your a full on audiophile you could have a nice digital out for free and full blown AMP for this much.

Wouldn't mind reviewing one either, be interesting to see how it stacks up to some of the professional cards as well.
We've requested sample(s) from ASUS UK. Will let you know when they're likely to arrive.
Ill test it Can compare it to my Auzentech Prelude

Are soundcards much of a requirment for non-audiophiles anymore? It used to be all about the Audigys but onboard seems to have improved over recent years & is a seperate card really needed? (emphasis due to hardware addicts with more money than sense )
I wouldn't say it's a necessity given that even basic onboard cards have SPDIF outputs, but the DAC's on the normal onboards are absolutely rubbish. Even a half decent pair of hifi speakers will show up the difference between something like this and an onboard.
Worth the money? Depends how seriously you take your sound I guess.
