I see the sales of 1000w + PSU's going up in the near future and winter heating bills going down :)
Should be interesting to see how much extra umph the extra shader cluster give it though.

The GTX260 got a decent bump IIRC, and that was only 20 extra shaders (192 vs 212). Will be interesting to see if they've done anything to try and curb some of its energy hunger while they were at it as well..

24 shaders (216). Which is a 12.5% increase.
32 extra shaders for the 480 is a 6.67% increase. So the only 'only' should be for the new 480 increase ;)
