Whats innovative about this?
WHAT??!! 5MP camera, Wifi, 3G, micro sd slot all for £100??!!!
Its the N8 I'm waiting for though
That video is so slick, he makes me want one
TBH it doesn't look that impressive from my point of view, though. Three years ago I got my Samsung D900 new for just under £90. It had a 3MP camera, slide out keypad, similar-sized screen (subjectively), micro sd slot and was 13mm thick. It missed out on a few features - no 3G/Wifi, neither of which became issues until a couple of years of owning it. And tbh I can't particularly see where Nokia have moved on from that nearly 4 year old phone. A touchscreen - good. But I can't imagine they cost more now than a regular LCD screen from 3-4 years ago. A 5MP camera - wow. A 2MP increase over 4 years 3G/Wifi - 3G is very standard now and hardly a 'wow' feature, although Wifi is good. And they've fitted it in a 25% thinner chassis - hardly a challenge when you consider how much technology downsizes over time.
I just don't really see what the fuss is about. It's better than my old phone on every count - but we're nearly four years down the line - and yet the only real improvement in features seems to be that it has Wifi and a touchscreen.
I haven't expressed myself too clearly, and maybe I'm being overly critical; I'd just expect to see a slightly more substantial improvement with nearly 4 years of technology development between it and my old phone.
Incidentally, I presume it isn't this Nokia X3
black = vibrant ?

I think this phone all about price. Its to compete with the likes of the old BB Pearls but with up to date specs such as wifi and touch screen. This is not an all singing and dancing phone. For the price it looks and seems pretty good.... But one huge flaw. Symbian.
With teenagers and adults alike taking a huge interest in Android (you can't get get away from the signs and adverts now) - people are very driven to have a phone with Android and there are budget Android handsets at this price point too.
also, i don't know how easy it would be to adjust to the wonky number pad with the zero on the rhs.
