I'm sorry, but WHY, WHY would you even attempt to bring out a new console?
I wish them the very best of luck against Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo...

Well, if the Chinese market really is closed to Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo (which would surprise me greatly), and these guys can make a Wii/XBox rip-off that is allowed in the Chinese market, then they're quids in clearly. One-sixth of the world's population with no competing products. Sounds good to me.
Bet the games suck though.
Yes, assuming they aren't that big in China..

So, for once a Chinese fake will become a genuine product. ROFL!

Lenovo are Chinese. China is very keen on home grown products and they have a huge market even if they decide to never sell this abroad. I don't really see the problem with it, it may actually be a huge success that we never get to hear about.
although arn't they IBM? Isn't the PS3 a Sony / IBM thing?
If so... still fail.

Lenovo used to produce IBMs laptops and desktops, then a few years ago, IBM sold that part of the business to them and they started branding the same products as Lenovo. They are completely seperate now.
