Cebit 2010 - can anyone go?

Just wondered if anyone (members of the public) can buy tickets for this event? As the PDF mentions trade show, but then has pricing available for students and children.

If anyone non-trade related has been in the past is there much to do? As I imagine you are limited to looking at the displays. Or can you attend the conference too?
