I concur. Orange reception is pretty terrible. I used to get some really good reception at my parents place but for the past 8 months it has gotten pretty bad. I can't think of any new appliances which have been purchased which could cause a problem either.

I dont think they'll be doing anything with the cell tower until the merge with T mobile is complete and they know where they stand on coverage with one big single network.

Re: News - Orange rolls out HD mobile calls

Engadget has a video with a voice comparison between the normal and HD voice:

    http://www.engadget.com/2010/09/01/o...e-uk-we-go-ea/

    EDIT
The BBC also has an audio clip:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/thereport...ar_me_now.html

I was just wandering would you still be able to hear HD Voice if your on a normal handset receiving a call from a HD Voice handset?

Re: News - Orange rolls out HD mobile calls

Am I the only one who finds the constant shifting in quality on the HD segment of the video really irritating?
