have they taken in to account that a lot of people have a work phone and a personal phone in those stats? e.g. all of our work phones are registered to the company, not any individual, some of whom have a personal phone too

5 billion subscriptions doesn't neccessarily equal 5 billion actual people with phones

given that around 2 billion people live on $2 per day, I find it hard to believe that some of those have mobile phone subscriptions instead of buying food
