The game isn't currently available from Amazon UK, but given its current success in the US, it'll only be a matter of time before Scrabble is made available for British Kindle owners.
Is there any reason a UK kindle owner can't just goto the US site and buy it ?

I really hate the jursidictional restrictions when they market the device as a global product.

Because the Kindle is a tittle tattle..... It reports back to Amazon what books you are reading, its not a giant leap to see what else it might do !
