Corsair XMS range has quickly become well stated with the community. What would you like to know about any Corsair Products?

Any chance of making them cheaper, so us plebs can actually afford them?

The XMS line? Well I have asked this question - and I already knew the answer, every module is actually tested - I have seen it with my own eyes. Also they are all made in the USA not in Asia where it is cheaper.
The Value Select memory to be honest is awesome - worth a look.
Yeah, I know, I was just kinda hopeing

Some of us just cant be bothered with reading everything before buying and will go for kit that is established and has a good reputation. Hence for the first time ever I bought quality memory. 2 x 512mb Corsair XMS C2. The C2 I understand is CAS 2 but it wont run on my AMD Athlon 64 based system at CAS 2 only CAS 2.5. Why is that Chris? Not that bothered and am very happy with my purchase but just curious
The Man with the Silver Spot
Wow - almost 5 months of nothing happening in this thread, and it suddenly comes alive again. Just as well, seeing as I missed it the first time 'round.
My question is, why is it that vendors, Corsair included, seem to be focusing on higher memory frequencies while letting timings grow looser and looser? I can't see the sense in that, as any gains in the increased frequency are lost with the lax timings. Or is this a move to aid overclockers in reaching their CPUs' limits?
