They need to sort their billing system out before they start trying to get more customers :)
I've had a load of spurious 30p charges for "internet" access when I'm on an "unlimited internet access" tarrif and they keep adding these charges even though I'm well within my data limits.
Each month I have to email/ring to sort it out and it's getting beyond a joke and I'm not the only hexus user who is reporting on this.
It's not only Vermin who have this problem - Three's also pretty notorious for sending out "you're approaching your limit - please top up" messages. I got my most recent one two days ago and when I checked my balance a couple of seconds later it was sitting at an incredibly high £0.00. :O_o1:Quote:
