They need to sort their billing system out before they start trying to get more customers

I've had a load of spurious 30p charges for "internet" access when I'm on an "unlimited internet access" tarrif and they keep adding these charges even though I'm well within my data limits.

Each month I have to email/ring to sort it out and it's getting beyond a joke and I'm not the only hexus user who is reporting on this.

It's not only Vermin who have this problem - Three's also pretty notorious for sending out "you're approaching your limit - please top up" messages. I got my most recent one two days ago and when I checked my balance a couple of seconds later it was sitting at an incredibly high £0.00.

Not only that, but when you phone up to comment/complain you end up (after traversing Three's truly horrible menu system) speaking to a helldesk droid who won't deviate from the script, even if you yell at them that you're not ****ing interested in a balance statement because you've got that on the darned phone in front of you, just stop the blankety-blank messages.

Sorry that this is off topic.

Career status: still enjoying my new career in DevOps, but it's keeping me busy...
