They are absolutely right to protect their funding, the risks from Russia and China are only going to increase and the last thing the UK needs is to be hit because our security services have had to save a few quid.
There are many areas the government can save money as Phillip Green has so rightly pointed out but our security services are not to be interfered with.
yes but do they need enough money to pay people to look at all the news sites that allow comments to post posative things about them?
