I'm guessing they won't be bothering stock the PC version (let alone with a big discount like 360/PS3).
These people who have to be the first to have anything amuse me.
Will they really be any better off than if they'd waited and got the thing at a normal time?
I went for MW2 at midnight last year, went to the pub before hand. It was surprisingly decent night out so to speak. Come back home and start warring it out with only a few people who are over powered and everyone running round not knowing where the decent hiding places are etc.Originally Posted by Nerval

From rumours Sainsburys are only selling at the cheap price for the first day, so you would be risking paying more.

Why even bother waiting till midnight at a shop for a game release? Just order it online and pray that royal mail doesn't lose or strike when it is being delivered...
I've ordered online as well.
I got MW2 for a pre order price of £24.99 but this year they are clearly cashing in, the best MW:BO pre-order price I found was £31.77 (for PC). Both times have been from coolshop.co.uk (price has now increased nearer to release.)

£27.97 if you spend £30 instore, £37.97 if not. Ends on the 14th I think.
I'll wait around for the 1st week and then grab my copy when the price is cheap at £25!
Last time for MW2, I preordered for £38 and few days after release day, they were selling it for £25 everywhere! NEVER WILL I PRE-ORDER GAMES, FALSE HOPE that you will get it for cheaper!
I was wondering, is this also one of the things you can download illegally for nothing if you know how? or doesn't that apply since it's a game?
