If I didnt have a net book I'd be tempted...

Definitely tempted: should provide media playback equal to or better than my TC1100, although I suspect it might not be as good for gaming ;) My only concerns are the weight (the TC1100 weighs around the same as a conventional netbook and is a bit hefty for handheld tablet use) and the problems of getting a stylus (one of the big advantages of a tablet for me is digital note-taking, which *needs* a stylus or pen). Fortunately, I won't be looking to replace my TC1100 until next summer at the earliest, so hopefully there'll be a few more tablets available to choose from by then. But certainly if I was looking to get a new device before Christmas this would be high on the wishlist :D
