The problem, presumably, is that Intel haven't integrated a USB 3 controller onto their motherboards yet - hence all desktop motherboards with USB 3 using another manufacturer's controller.
The Dell Vostro page does now list the V130 as an option, but no prices available yet.
Also, disappointingly, it lists only the following choices of CPUs:

Ugh, why is it still so horrendously expensive to have a quad-core CPU in a laptop? Bah! And I bet these Vostro's don't have expresscard slots. The last Vostro I saw suffered a Geforce 8600M failure. Yeah one of those. Inspired confidence!
