Yes after getting an X10 I can't say I'd trust SE on their claims. The X10 was shown getting DLNA and multitouch from the early marketing material. When the dust settled these never appeared. Also only ever had 64K colours and 2.1 which is poor for the age of the device. Would wait for others to purchase and see what actually comes out at the end.
Looks great, just as long as you know you won't be getting Android 2.4.
