This is a good thing if it's poor online offering get's a bolstering, would love the day the entire lovefilm collection is available on it's player in various qualities. Any earlier releases would be welcomed but i doubt that's something that could be changed.

I will be interested to see what develops here, I have a sony device that has lovefilm built it (bought it recently) and I've not bothered to subscribe yet. Currently with lovefilm you can pay a minimum subscription that 1 download per month and two postal rentals, I would much rather not subscribe and just pay for a film when I want one like you do with the apple tv.

I hope they keep lovefilm's cards in the supermarkets - i dont like paying for things online - and its about the only way i'd use them.
